About the Department
The Department of Botany at the University of Kota is dedicated to academic excellence in the study of plant sciences. 1. Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) – Botany
Duration: 3 Years (6 Semesters)
Type: Undergraduate degree
- Eligibility: Successful completion of 10 + 2 (Science stream).
2. Master of Science (M.Sc.) – Botany
Duration: 2 Years (4 Semesters)
Type: Postgraduate degree
- Eligibility: B.Sc. degree with Botany as a core/main subject.
3. Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) – Botany
Duration: Minimum 3 years (Full-time)
Type: Research degree
Eligibility: M.Sc. in Botany (or equivalent postgraduate degree) with required minimum marks.
