Original Character Certificate.

Marksheet of last passed examination.

Original migration Certificate (other Board than Rajasthan).

Marksheet or Certificate of secondary examination for date of Birth.

Resident Certificate (only student outside the juridiction area of UOK).

Two passport size photographs.
